Job summary

Ron Jaworski Golf's Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Tavern Bartender for a part-time role. You will mix drinks, greet guests, and ensure quick, friendly service while maintaining a polished bar area.

You should have knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends and holidays, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting while upholding club standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve liquor per state law

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service

• Keep bar area clean and sanitary
• Follow all beverage operation laws
• Learn regular guests by name and greet them
• Monitor guest experience and take action for best service
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks

Working Conditions:

• Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
• Work weekends and holidays
• Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending.

Qualifications

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
