Job summary

Ron Jaworski Golf's Downingtown Country Club in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Tavern Bartender. This part-time role emphasizes master mixology and delivering friendly, efficient service to guests, with a focus on creating memorable experiences in a busy club setting. No formal education is required.

Hospitality experience is preferred. You will maintain bar stock and sanitation, prepare garnishes and drinks, learn regulars by name, and support guests during golf events and banquets while adhering

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Maintains a supply of bar products/supplies, including glassware.
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area, glassware and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with all beverage laws and regulations.
• Learn the names of regular guests and greet them by name.
• Monitor guest experience and respond to ensure top service.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks

Working Conditions:

• Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
• Work weekends and holidays
• Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending.

Qualifications:
