Job summary

KBR Careers seeks an Alternate Site Manager to lead Transient Aircraft Services operations in a high tempo, austere environment. You will supervise TAS personnel, ensure safety, and drive performance across aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around, and departure activities 24/7.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will maintain compliance with PWS, Technical Orders, and airfield procedures while coordinating with Government stakeholders to sustain mission readiness.

Qualifications

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or TAS experience.
• Experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace and enforce flight line safety standards.
• Ensure TAS operations meet PWS requirements and safety/QA standards.
• Lead and mentor TAS personnel across shifts; act as Site Manager in absence.
• Coordinate tasking, priorities, and 24/7 coverage to sustain operations.
• Oversee ground handling and servicing to ensure safety and efficiency.
