Job summary

KBR, via AFCAP V, seeks an Alternate Site Manager to lead day-to-day Transient Aircraft Services at a U.S. installation in Southwest Asia.

You will supervise flight line activities, coordinate arrivals, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departures, ensuring safety and compliance with the PWS and applicable orders. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage personnel, maintain 24/7 operations, and serve as acting Site Manager as needed, coordinating with government stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum 6 years in aviation ops, maintenance, or TAS.
• Proven flight line operations and servicing experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAS operations to meet PWS requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around and departures.
• Mentor and supervise assigned personnel; ensure discipline and quality.
• Act as Site Manager in absence of the Site Manager and maintain continuity.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and manage documentation and records.
