Job summary

KBR is seeking an Alternate Site Manager to support Transient Aircraft Services operations in a 24/7 austere environment, reporting to the Site Manager. The role leads TAS operations, ensures safety, alignment with PWS, and coordination with government stakeholders to sustain mission readiness.

The ASM oversees aircraft servicing, marshaling, parking, and departure activities, while supervising staff, managing shifts, and enforcing strict procedures under DOA directives.

Qualifications

• U.S. National with active Secret Clearance.
• 6+ years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services.
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; support TAS documentation and reporting.
• Oversee TAS operations to meet PWS performance objectives across aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel during shifts; reinforce safety standards and quality.
