Job summary

KBR, through its AFCAP V program, provides Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services support to the U.S. Air Force and allied partners. The Alternate Site Manager will lead TAS operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and continuous aircraft servicing across a 24/7/365 environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, and turn-around activities while coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring performance against the PWS.

Qualifications

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control
• Oversee TAS operations to meet PWS performance objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel across shifts
• Act as Site Manager in absence of the Site Manager with full operational authority
• Coordinate daily tasking, scheduling, and priorities for 24/7/365 TAS service levels
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and records management meet contractual and safety standards
• Maintain equipment and tools accountability and readiness for all TAS activities
• Support training, certification, and readiness of personnel
