Job summary

KBR, through AFCAP V, seeks an Alternate Site Manager to lead Transient Aircraft Services operations at a Southwest Asia installation. You will supervise TAS activities, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure safe, compliant aircraft servicing around the clock.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will maintain operational continuity, oversee staff performance, and drive corrective actions to sustain mission readiness in a high‑tempo environment.

Qualifications

• US National with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in aviation operations or TAS.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAS operations across all flight line activities to meet PWS requirements.
• Supervise assigned personnel, ensure safety, coordination with government stakeholders, and incident reporting.
• Act as Site Manager in absence, maintaining operations continuity and decision‑making authority.
• Plan shifts and tasking to sustain 24/7 operations in austere environments.
• Ensure compliance with airfield procedures, Technical Orders, and environmental safety standards.
