Job summary

KBR is seeking an Alternate Site Manager for the AFCAP V program to lead Transient Aircraft Services operations in Southwest Asia, reporting to the Site Manager. You will supervise flight line activities, ensure safety and compliance with PWS and technical orders, and coordinate with government partners in a demanding 24/7 environment.

The role requires a US national with an active Secret clearance and at least 6 years in aviation operations or TAS, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements across TAS operations
• Oversee TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure to meet PWS objectives
• Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel during shifts; reinforce safety standards and quality execution
• Serve as acting Site Manager in absence of Site Manager with full authority over daily operations
• Coordinate daily tasking and priorities; assign work, monitor execution, resolve operational challenges
• Schedule personnel to maintain 24/7/365 service levels, including surge operations
• Inspect and audit work for PWS compliance; implement corrective actions
• Oversee aircraft ground handling and servicing to ensure safety and efficiency
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain coordination with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, Airfield Management, MOC)
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and records management including staffing updates
• Maintain accountability of on-site equipment, vehicles, and tools
• Support training, qualification, and readiness of personnel
• Assist with transition, mobilization, and demobilization activities
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple requirements in austere environments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Site Manager
