Job summary

KBR is seeking an Alternate Site Manager to oversee Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services operations at an assigned installation. You will supervise TAS activities, lead a flight-line team, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance to meet the PWS and DoD directives.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, coordinating with government partners, and stepping in as Site Manager when needed to maintain continuous, high‑tempo operations in austere environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or TAS.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in a flight-line setting.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (US) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAS operations across flight line activities including arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around and departure.
• Mentor and supervise assigned personnel; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Act as Site Manager in their absence and coordinate with government stakeholders (COR, ACO, MOC, airfield management).
• Ensure documents, metrics, and records are maintained; manage shifts to sustain 24/7/365 operations.
• Audit work for compliance with PWS, Technical Orders, and airfield procedures; implement corrective actions.
