Genesee & Wyoming Inc. is seeking a focused Admin/Operations professional to support the Commercial Services Team with publication preparation and document dissemination.

The role emphasizes proactive renewal publishing, collaboration across internal groups, and maintaining rate integrity in pricing documents. The candidate will manage publishing workflows using Office tools and OnBase, while driving automation and efficiency in the contract creation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or marketing preferred.
• Ability to draft contracts/agreements and analyze pricing documents.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide publishing support for all Genesee & Wyoming properties.
• Publish tariff, public, private rate, and contract agreements using Microsoft Office and RCM, ensuring REN compliance.
• File and maintain publications in OnBase; track and manage rate publications.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for publishing and pricing workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and legal teams to align contract creation and mitigate risks.
