Wormtown Taproom Bartender at Hendler Family Brewing Company on Shrewsbury Street in Massachusetts seeks a energetic, guest-focused team member. You will pour favorites, introduce taproom releases, share brewery stories, and help create a warm, lively community vibe for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating with servers, and assisting with takeout. Must be 21+, with 2–3 years in bartending or hospitality and a passion for craft beer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2-3 years of bartending or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Weekend availability and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an inviting first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using Toast Tables.
• Coordinate with servers and bartenders to support seamless service.
• Assist with takeout orders and guest check-ins as needed.
• Run food and bussing to maintain a clean, welcoming space.
