Wormtown Brewery on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, part of Hendler Family Brewing Company, is launching a new kitchen program and hiring a Kitchen Operations Cook. Join a close-knit team in a lively space that celebrates local Worcester community and craft beer alongside scratch cooking.

We seek hands-on cooks with 3–5 years line experience, strong communication, and reliability. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and available nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cooking or line experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Available for nights, weekends, and peak hours.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
• Assist with inventory, FIFO rotation, and labeling.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates.
• Support the kitchen during busy service periods.
