Job summary

The Hendler Family Brewing Co. is seeking a friendly Bartender for our Boston taproom. You will deliver exceptional guest service, knowledge of our beer menu, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include taking orders, processing payments, recommending drinks, and ensuring ID checks for alcohol. Prior hospitality experience and a passion for craft beer are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of craft beer and recommendations.
• Experience in food and beverage service and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and greet guests warmly.
• Recommend menu items and craft beers with knowledge of offerings.
• Take and process orders, including allergies and dietary preferences.
• Promote cocktails and drink features.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Verify IDs for age requirements.
