Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company in Patriot Place is reopening its taproom with a full kitchen program and is seeking a Taproom Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will suggest beer and food pairings, take orders, and ensure smooth service in a growing, welcoming space.

This part-time role requires 21+ years of age, strong communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn about our craft beer offerings. Training will be provided, and tips are expected as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and teamwork are essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Food handler’s permit and alcohol server’s permit where applicable
• Willingness to learn about craft beer.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Offer informed beer and menu recommendations.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Support beverage and kitchen order fulfillment.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
