Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is reopening its renovated taproom at Patriot Place and launching a full kitchen program. We’re seeking a Bartender to be the face of the taproom, delivering exceptional service, beer recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will help create memorable guest experiences while supporting a growing team in a dynamic setting. Ideal candidates are 21+ with hospitality experience, a passion for craft beer, and flexibility for days, nights, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus but not required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a food handler’s permit and alcohol server’s permit where applicable.
• Willingness to continuously learn about our beer offerings and the craft beer industry.
• Strong team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Available for days, nights and weekend shifts of 5 hours or more.
• Must have Saturday and/or Sunday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide knowledge on food, beverage, and beer offerings.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Assist with creating appealing cocktail and drink options.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and process payments.
• Ensure proper age verification for alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the taproom.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
