Job summary

CastleWorks Home Services Company in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a sales-forward technician to diagnose, recommend, sell, and install hot water solutions for residential and commercial settings. You’ll use your hands-on skills and communication to help customers choose systems that perform safely and efficiently, earning weekly commissions.

You’ll guide clients through options, provide pricing and value, and complete installations while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field experience; plumbing preferred.
• Clear communicator with standout customer service.
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options, pricing, and close sales.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters to code; perform repairs.
• Offer filtration systems and upgrades for performance and longevity.
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls.
• Educate homeowners and facilities on energy efficiency and total value.
• Maintain truck inventory and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to keep timelines.

Your mission

Own the full journey in residential and commercial settings: diagnose, recommend, sell, and install hot water solutions that perform safely and efficiently.

How you’ll deliver impact

• Guide customers through clear options, pricing, and value to close sales
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters to code; perform repairs and maintenance
• Offer filtration systems and upgrades that enhance performance and longevity
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and raise your game
• Educate homeowners and facility contacts on energy efficiency and total value
• Maintain truck inventory, complete accurate documentation, and leave sites immaculate
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to keep timelines on track
• Support urgent needs with overtime when required; follow all safety policies

What sets you up for success

• Comfortable selling—skilled at presenting choices and asking for commitment
• 1+ year of relevant field experience (plumbing preferred)
• Clear communicator with standout customer service
