Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant field experience (plumbing preferred).
• Comfortable selling—skilled at presenting choices and asking for commitment.
• Clear communicator with standout customer service.
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, recommend, sell, and install hot water solutions in residential and commercial settings.
• Guide customers through options, pricing and value to close sales.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters to code; perform repairs/maintenance.
• Offer filtration systems and upgrades to improve performance and longevity.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to keep timelines on track; maintain documentation.
