Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air seeks a Residential Service Plumber focused on water heater installs, replacements, and upgrades. You will diagnose issues, perform tank and tankless installations, and guide customers to the best solutions, delivering a strong customer experience.

You must be comfortable in a performance-based environment, provide upfront pricing, and close replacement work in homes while maintaining professional workmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven residential plumbing experience with strong water heater install background.
• Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment.
• Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues with a focus on water heater failures, inefficiencies, and replacement opportunities.
• Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank & tankless).
• Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements).
• Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution.
• Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site.
• Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience.
