Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is a growing nationwide tank construction company with over 190 employees and branch offices across the U.S. We are hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects, supervise crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and work closely with customers and vendors on site.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, welding or related tank construction experience, solid problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to systems.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and leadership on PTS projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Share craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, and tank work.
