Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full‑time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects across our nationwide operations. You will supervise sites, coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on tank construction and repair projects.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, plus a willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s growing platform.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site supervision and senior leadership on PTS construction projects.
• Act as primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity across operations.
• Identify field changes to scope and support change orders.
• Promote a safety culture and lead by example on the jobsite.
• Ensure quality workmanship and prevent rework by addressing issues early.
• Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and timely delivery.
• Provide craft knowledge in welding, structural erection, tank repair, and related tasks.
• Support project management with field reporting and weekly progress tracking.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and maintaining tooling and equipment.
