Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field construction crews on tank projects nationwide. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on-site.

You will manage field scope, guide the crew, and mentor teammates, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on site.
• Eligible to work in the United States; background and MVR checks may be required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Welding ability is a plus; experience with tank construction preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a safety culture on the crew.
• Ensure quality control and minimize rework; keep projects on time and budget.
