Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site tank construction projects across the country. You will supervise crews, coordinate safety and quality, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site supervision and leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Identify and manage scope changes and change orders.
• Lead safety culture and ensure quality workmanship on the jobsite.
• Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and timelines.
• Provide craft knowledge in welding, structural erection, tank repair, and new tank construction.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and training team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and field reports for project records.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, Purchasing, and HR to ensure training and certification needs are met.
