Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Tank Builder / Welder to support nationwide tank construction projects across various sites. The role involves arc cutting, welding, and skilled fabrication with a team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable attendance, and a willingness to pass background checks and drug testing. Welding experience is a plus and will be valued in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualificações

• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
• Welding ability is a plus but not required for all roles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform arc cutting, torch cutting, and gouging.
• Operate generators, compressors, tuggers, grinders, and other power tools.
• Weld using SMAW (7018, 7024, 6010), FCAW, and submerged arc techniques.
• Utilize lifting equipment and scaffolding.
• Read detailed erection and fabrication drawings.
• Plan the sequence of fitting, welding, and constructing tanks.
• Complete safety analyses, audits, and site-specific trainings.
• Collaborate with crew members and follow directions.
