Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is actively hiring a Tank Builder / Welder for nationwide projects. This role involves welding, cutting, and fabricating tanks with a focus on safety and quality across multiple sites.

Formación

• Great communication and organization skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to our systems.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform arc and torch cutting and gouging.
• Operate generators, compressors, tuggers, blowers, grinders, and other power tools.
• Weld plate using 7018, 7024 and 6010 SMAW; FCAW; submerged arc machines.
• Use lifting equipment, tank shell buggies, scaffolding, ladders and other gear.
• Read detailed erection and fabrication drawings and plan weld sequences.
• Complete job safety analyses and site-specific training.
• Follow directions and work with crew members.
• Other duties as assigned.
