Job summary

B/SPOKE Studios in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent to lead recruitment, training, and instructor onboarding across formats. This hybrid role combines internal talent development with external sourcing to build a scalable instructor pipeline.

You will partner with Format Trainers and studio teams to unify processes, improve candidate experience, and drive growth and continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Leads recruitment and training initiatives with a people-driven approach.
• Ability to build scalable systems, processes and teams.
• Strong collaboration across formats and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage prospective B/SPOKE instructors across formats.
• Create and maintain trainer training systems and cycles.
• Define readiness benchmarks and evaluation processes for instructors.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve recruitment and training.
• Collaborate with Format Trainers, instructors, and cross-functional teams.
