Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to own end-to-end operations and quality across Tech, Allied Health, and AI programs. You will manage mentors and live instructors, ensure onboarding, performance, and reliable deployment as programs scale.

You will lead a small team, partner with program leadership and support operations, and design scalable talent ops processes, dashboards, and hiring workflows to maintain a high hiring bar and strong talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time work experience in talent operations or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
• Experience sourcing and hiring talent (contracted or full-time).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building systems and using data to inform decisions.
• Bonus: experience in B2B and/or allied health fields.

Responsibilities

• Talent Lifecycle Ownership: design onboarding, training, and readiness processes for mentors and live instructors; ensure consistent performance management and remediation standards.
• Capacity & Coverage Planning: own talent capacity planning for cohort launches and ongoing delivery; drive sourcing and hiring workflows; maintain hiring standards.
• Team Management & Operational Excellence: build scalable talent ops processes and documentation; manage tickets, payments, and response times; use dashboards to monitor performance and risk.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: communicate risks/opportunities to Program Leadership; enable feedback loops and partner with Support, Ops, Career Services, and Program Leadership to improve efficiency.
• What does Success Look Like?: forecast and capacity planning; maintain hiring pipeline; set up scalable talent management systems and data-driven reporting.
