You will create clarity around what instructors must demonstrate throughout training and ensure Format Trainers have the tools and expectations needed to assess progress consistently.
  • Measure & Improve the Instructor Journey. You will collect feedback, review training outcomes, and identify opportunities to continue to improve the incoming instructor journey. You will analyze what is working, where gaps exist, and partner with Quality & Development and Format Trainers to continuously improve recruitment and training process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with Format Trainers, instructors, and cross-functional partners to ensure training programs reflect both the B/SPOKE standard and format-specific expertise.
