Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Talent Management to lead and continuously improve enterprise performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career initiatives for corporate- and field-based populations.

You will partner with business leaders and HR teams to reinforce leadership behaviors, strengthen pipelines, enable internal mobility, and apply data-informed approaches to talent development. Remote-friendly with a preference for the Greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Management or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, career development, or related talent processes using data-informed practices.
• Experience in a complex, high-growth, or matrixed organization; technology, robotics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using Workday or a comparable HR system to support scalable talent processes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management processes.
• Coordinate timelines, tools, communications, and stakeholder deliverables to align performance, potential, and business outcomes.
• Serve as a key resource for performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
• Partner with leaders and HR Partners to reinforce leadership behaviors and develop talent pipelines.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and toolkits to strengthen manager capability in coaching and feedback.
• Analyze talent, performance, and succession data to identify trends and inform decisions.
