Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end talent operations across Tech, Allied Health, and AI programs. You will ensure mentors and instructors are onboarded, performing, and deployed as programs scale, acting as a central owner of talent execution and quality.

You will lead a small team, partner with program leadership, and drive cross-functional improvements to support growth while maintaining high hiring standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent operations or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes.
• Experience sourcing and hiring talent (contracted or full-time).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable giving and taking feedback and coaching.
• Data-informed decision making and system-building.
• Bonus: experience in B2B or allied health fields.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, training, and readiness processes for mentors and instructors.
• Manage performance QA and remediation standards across programs.
• Own talent capacity planning to support cohort launches.
• Lead hiring workflows and set clear onboarding handoffs.
• Build scalable talent ops processes and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Program Leadership and Support Ops to improve efficiency.
