Job summary

Nex Playground, a leader in active play experiences, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to accelerate US recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. You will build a high-performing TA team and a fast, high-quality recruitment engine to fuel rapid growth.

The role blends hands-on recruiting (60%) with people leadership (40%), with travel and cross-time-zone collaboration as needed. The company values speed, data, and strategic advisory support for hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of recruiting experience with 3-5 years in people leadership.
• Proven track record leading executive and hard-to-fill searches across multiple functions.
• Experience designing sourcing and talent attraction programs from the ground up.
• Fluent in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and modern recruiting tech.
• Comfort with numbers and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Strong influence with senior leaders and ability to challenge hiring decisions.
• Solid understanding of US recruiting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the US Talent Acquisition team with hiring priorities and capacity alignment.
• Own the talent attraction strategy and build top-of-funnel pipelines in competitive markets.
• Coach and grow recruiters, set goals, and foster ownership and continuous learning.
• Deliver against quarterly/annual hiring targets and pipeline for critical roles.
• Execute complex executive, senior, and hard-to-fill searches personally as needed.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market conditions, and compensation expectations.
• Use data to identify trends, measure channel effectiveness, and flag risks.
