Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead, shaping a product-led organization for talent technology. You will define governance, an investment strategy, a multi-horizon roadmap, and operating disciplines to manage enterprise-scale portfolios while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and delivery.

Qualifications

What you must have includes experience in technical product management within HR or talent technology, and enterprise platforms.
Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap tied to priorities, architecture, and value.
Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, and scale.
Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams.
Work with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Implement product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and decision rights.
Coordinate discovery, requirements, release planning, and post-launch reviews with delivery partners.
Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through enterprise-scale adoption.
