Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in establishing a product-led organization for talent technology.

This role will shape the governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines required to manage the portfolio at enterprise scale, while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management for HR or talent technology.
• Proven success establishing or maturing product organizations with governance and operating rhythms.
• Ability to define a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilots, or incubation initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Roadmap and backlog management with structured discovery and requirements translation.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech is preferred.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of inventory, portfolio, demand, dependencies, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, and risk.
• Establish governance, forums, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Track adoption, quality, cost, risk, and realized value with evidence-based decisions.
• Align stakeholders on outcomes, requirements, constraints, and commitments.
• Partner on idea assessment, business case development, and user stories.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, and UAT with delivery partners.
