You will conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and manage ATS data, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency.

This role emphasizes teamwork, client engagement, and staying current with local labor market trends.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to Have: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Technical: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support through the recruitment process, including interview prep.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance effectiveness while applying human judgment.
