Watkins Wellness is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and deliver a compelling candidate experience to support business growth.

The role blends strategy with execution across workforce planning, proactive sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding while driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience across full lifecycle; corporate recruiting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for production, operations, technical, professional, or business-critical roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point-of-contact for full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, criteria, and strategies.
• Recruit across production, operations, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Represent Watkins Wellness at hiring events and promote our employer brand.
• Provide recruiting insights and market feedback to hiring managers.
• Conduct structured interviews and guide teams through sound hiring decisions.
