Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions seeks a Talent Partner (limited-term) to drive full-cycle recruiting and hiring support across multiple units. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and efficient selection process, managing intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive, full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Extensive experience with ATS and maintaining accurate documentation and dispositions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities for passive and active candidates.
• Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience recruiting in biopharmaceutical/life sciences, including regulated environments preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, consult, and influence hiring leaders.
• Customer service orientation and commitment to high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to work fast-paced with changing environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner with hiring leaders and HR to ensure a consistent, effective recruiting approach.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a high volume of requisitions across functions.
• Conduct intake and qualification of hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing solutions and build talent pipelines.
• Educate hiring managers on recruiting processes and best practices.
• Source, screen, schedule, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics and support selection decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align role competencies with business needs, and identify gaps.
• Develop competitive offers and support offer negotiation.
• Support diversity initiatives and presenting diverse candidate pools.
• Maintain recruiting best practices and adapt to market trends.
