Job summary

Service Corporation International (SCI) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Performance to lead a multidisciplinary team and own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core talent programs.

You will drive performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development while serving as the Workday talent analytics SME. You will partner with HR, L&D, Recruiting, and business leaders to align programs with enterprise strategy, deliver insights, and influence senior

Qualifications

Eight years of progressive experience designing, developing, and facilitating talent management activities.
Four years of experience managing others.
Two years hands-on experience with Workday or related HCM systems.
Ability to communicate and build influential partnerships at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead a Talent Planning & Performance team and drive program design and execution.
Own Talent programs: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development frameworks.
Partner with senior leaders to inform enterprise Talent strategy using data and insights.
Deliver dashboards and analytics in Workday to support talent decisions and workforce strategy.
