Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Performance to lead a team designing and executing enterprise talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.

You will drive governance, stakeholder experience, and Workday talent capabilities across HR functions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable talent decisions, elevate organizational effectiveness, and provide strategic guidance for

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IO psychology, organizational development or related.
Eight years of progressive experience designing, developing, and facilitating talent management activities.
Four years of experience managing others.
Two years of hands-on experience with Workday or related HCM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent professionals with clear standards for design and delivery.
Own the execution of core talent programs: performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
Advise senior leaders using data, insights, and recommendations to inform talent decisions.
Serve as functional lead for Workday Talent Oversight and dashboards, partnering with HR Technology.
