Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead talent planning and performance management across the enterprise. You’ll work with OU leadership, HR COEs, HRBPs, and external resources to advance development plans for high-potential leaders and run talent reviews and calibrations.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in talent management, experience with Succession, Performance, and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in talent management including capability assessment.
• Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and succession pool development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR business partners and senior leadership to address skill gaps and talent risks.
• Identifies critical talent gaps and develops proactive plans to attract and retain high-potential employees.
• Develops talent management policies and ensures consistency across the organization.
• Leads talent review discussions, calibrations, and employee feedback sessions with senior leaders.
• Manages supporting systems, documentation, metrics, and tools for development goals.
