Job summary

Millennial Entertainment is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee and grow a dynamic roster across creators, lifestyle personalities, athletes, actors, and executives. You will build strong client relationships, lead all aspects of dealmaking from sourcing to negotiating contracts, and collaborate with the 360° team, brand partners, and stakeholders to protect and advance clients' careers.

Qualifications

• Oversee and grow a roster across creators, lifestyle personalities, athletes, actors, executives, and emerging public figures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams across the client’s 360° group, brand partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead all aspects of client dealmaking, from sourcing opportunities and negotiating agreements to managing contracts and coordinating with outside representatives to protect and advance clients' long-term careers.
• Develop thoughtful career strategies identifying new business opportunities, expanding brand partnerships, and strengthening relationships across entertainment, media, brands, studios, and production companies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on business decisions, brand positioning, content strategy, public image, and overall career development.
