THE·TEAM is seeking a Talent Manager to oversee a roster of exclusive digital talent across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment. You will recruit, represent, and manage partnerships with brands, ensuring successful executions at events and activations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in talent management or influencer marketing, strong communication, and ability to lead teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with travel ~10% and on-site collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of talent management or influencer marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing a team (1–2 years).
• Working knowledge of social media platforms from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and represent digital talent across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment.
• Own and track multiple brand deals and partnerships.
• Work onsite with talent at events and activations.
• Source, manage, and service digital partnerships for clients.
• Oversee talent productions and collaborations with brands.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and operations to ensure deal execution and payments.
• Stay informed on creator economy trends and new opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new brands and agencies to grow client opportunities.
• Lead and develop staff; support department goals.
