Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a seasoned leader to drive talent management and development initiatives. The role partners with the Head of Talent Management to implement enterprise programs, analytics, and governance across performance, learning, and succession.

The ideal candidate will steer performance management, learning & development, and workforce analytics within a small, collaborative Talent team, aligning programs to business goals and leveraging HR technology for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/talent management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise performance management, L&D, talent management, or workforce capability programs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Workday and HR tech platforms for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance management programs and annual review cycles.
• Develop talent dashboards, analytics, and reports for leadership.
• Govern Workday Talent, Learning, Performance, and Succession processes.
• Oversee learning & development programs and vendor relationships.
• Support succession planning, career development, and talent reviews.
