Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and use analytics to inform decisions.

You will drive candidate experience, offer discussions, and ensure compliant recruiting practices while supporting workforce priorities and employer branding. This is a hybrid, US-based role within the Human Resources / Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience partnering with hiring managers in a complex environment.
Direct sourcing experience and passive candidate engagement.
Experience using recruiting data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles across client groups.
Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements & strategy.
Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
Present qualified candidates with context to support hires.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and policies.
