Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Lead Talent Management & Development to advance talent strategy by implementing enterprise programs. You will lead performance management, analytics, HR technology, and governance while supporting succession planning and leadership development.

In a small, collaborative Talent team, you will help build scalable, data-driven talent processes, reporting, and employee development programs that align with business goals and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR, talent management, or learning & development.
• Experience leading enterprise performance management and HR programs.
• Strong partnering with senior leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance management programs and annual review cycles.
• Develop talent analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage Workday Talent, Learning, Performance, and Succession processes.
• Govern talent programs, calendars, communications, and compliance.
• Improve processes for efficiency, scale, and user experience.
• Partner with HR functions to align programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and career frameworks.
