Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Lead Talent Management & Development to partner with the Head of Talent Management. You will own performance management, learning, analytics, and HR technology governance, building scalable talent programs aligned with business goals.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, across a hybrid environment and multiple locations. You will drive data-informed decisions and lead enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years in progressive HR, Talent Mgmt, L&D, or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise talent programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Workday Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance management programs, cycles, and communications.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and executive-level reporting on talent data.
• Own governance of talent programs, calendars, documentation, and compliance.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and career frameworks.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with business needs.
