Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply, DC talent team seeks a Talent Specialist to manage HR transactions, onboarding, payroll, and policy guidance at the Cartersville, GA facility. You will partner with Leaders to advance talent strategy and culture, while ensuring safety and care align with Chick-fil-A Supply values.

You will support recruitment, records management, and employee engagement across all DC departments, helping to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR-related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with investigations and safety requirements in a distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives to staff DC operations, including coordinating interviews.
• Maintain HR records and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership.
• Drive employee engagement and implement culture-building initiatives.
• Advise on employment law, policy matters, and program compliance.
• Run payroll administration for the DC and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to ensure legal compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires; support training sessions.
• Support growth and future DC openings with temporary talent and events.
• Perform other duties as needed.
