Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the talent team operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, records management, and benefits administration to align with our care and excellence culture.

You will partner with the Talent Leader and DC leadership to drive talent strategy, facilitate HR transactions, manage payroll support, and foster employee engagement while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years HR-related experience, including at least 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Occasional travel, including overnight trips.
• Experience with investigations (accidents, harassment).
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Understanding of labor legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives and coordinate interview logistics.
• Oversee records management in the HR system and provide data insights.
• Drive employee engagement and implement initiatives reflecting care, safety and excellence.
• Advise leaders on employment law, government regulations, performance management, and policies.
• Oversee payroll administration and issue resolution for staff and leaders.
• Monitor market-driven compensation trends and advise accordingly.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions; participate in trainings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
