Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support specialist recruitment teams with candidate identification, talent research and market mapping. This role focuses on sourcing hard-to-reach talent, building effective candidate pipelines and providing well-researched market intelligence to consultants.

You will work closely with recruitment consultants to understand live requirements, identify suitable professionals, and maintain accurate CRM records to support ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing or market mapping.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to identify passive candidates.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate identification skills.
• Experience building talent pools and market research.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates for priority vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines across markets, locations, sectors and skills.
• Conduct proactive talent research and market-mapping projects.
• Identify candidates for live vacancies and future requirements.
• Add candidates to outreach campaigns for consultant follow-up.
• Research target organisations and hiring trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for candidates, companies and contacts.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand search requirements.
• Use feedback to improve candidate identification quality.
• Support broader recruitment research and delivery projects.
