Job summary

Quartermaster is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a full-desk recruiter to build a scalable pipeline for embedded engineering, software, and operational roles. You will own sourcing, screening, and closing across a global, distributed workforce, partnering with executives to translate roadmaps into search strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing both engineering and non-engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for complex outbound sourcing.
• Expert-level fluency with modern ATS/CRM platforms—Ashby—and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across high-bar technical domains and core business verticals.
• Architect the technical sourcing strategy across platforms to identify top-tier passive talent.
• Design and own the end-to-end candidate pipeline infrastructure within Ashby, ensuring visibility.
• Define structured hiring standards, evaluation rubrics, and candidate scorecards across departments.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate roadmaps into search strategies and interview loops.
• Drive offer architectures and negotiations in high-stakes hiring scenarios.
• Maintain strict ATS hygiene and optimize interview workflows for speed and quality.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the talent acquisition stack and evolve sourcing methodologies.
• Serve as a versatile partner across engineering and G&A requisitions.
