Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Talent Research Specialist to support engineering and technical hiring initiatives. This sourcing-focused role identifies, engages, and builds pipelines of high-quality technical talent across engineering and manufacturing disciplines.

The specialist will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS/CRM platforms, and other talent platforms to locate passive and active candidates for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition support, recruiting research, or related field.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for technical talent identification.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technical terminology.
• Experience sourcing candidates in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.
• Ability to interpret technical resumes and identify transferable skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and candidate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles across multiple business units.
• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and internal ATS/CRM platforms.
• Conduct advanced Boolean searches to locate passive candidates with specialized technical backgrounds.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research target companies and industries to gather market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Engage candidates through initial outreach and maintain ongoing communication for opportunities.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with priority roles and timelines.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and long-term workforce planning.
