Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technology stack requirements.
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and present qualified technical candidates to clients.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and systems.
